Never one to write a negative review and The hotel itself was really lovely but the staff from the moment we entered were unpleasant and in fact quite rude which instantly dampened our mood and indeed the entire experience. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally rude and upon checking out tried to tell us the city tax was €20 (it’s in fact €5 p/p ) which futher added to the distaste for the entire experience!

Hotel location is just few minutes walking to the central train station. Parking for hotel guests is available at 15 euro per day not far from the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also found the room very cozy and neat. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train station and the best choice for me considering I traveled with a lot of luggage and a dog. So happy it’s dog-friendly too.

Great location. Close to the station. Rooms are comfortable. From here it is cheaper to take the taxi to the airport than the Marconi express if you are in 2.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with friendly staff. Very close to the main train station. It is a bit of a stroll to the centre of Bologna, but it is a lovely walk through a lovely city!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was especially impressed by the warm reception I received upon arrival on the night of November 21st. The staff on duty that evening truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed after a long day of travel. Although I unfortunately didn't catch their names, their kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. The check-in process was smooth, and their attention to detail ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and hospitable atmosphere. Thank you to the team for such a memorable experience!

The young lady working late in the evening at the reception helped me with the issues I had with my room. I was very satisfied. Her colleague supported me as well. Very kind people. The room I had was absolutely quiet and comfortable.

The place is very convenient near the station but I think as a business the staff should do better, be a bit more receptive and friendly. The room itself is pretty average for the price, old school furniture, interiors, housekeeping sounds a lot like my mum etc. not happy paying for a hotel in an international student city and what I got compared to many countries and cities I've travelled so far.
